A good designer doesn’t jump in blindly! We want to know what isn’t working on the current website, who is the target audience, business goals and/or if you already have your content ready. Know what you want your website to do for your business goals. If you have an idea, you’ll want your design choices to work with your brand image, but also reflect your customers’ objectives, interests, and the point they’ve reached in their buyer’s journey. During this call, we will also provide a detailed look at your overall brand. Please have your questions and examples ready. If you choose to engage in our services, the fee will be applied towards your initial invoice.

Cancellation Policy

You may request to reschedule by notifying us 24 hours in advance. Our consultation fees are non-refundable. However, if you choose to engage in our services, the fee will be applied towards your initial invoice. We will travel up to 5 miles, after that a travel fee is required.
