Nia's Sensitive Skin-Care Routines!

The ingredients that really move the needle when it comes to promoting and maintaining the health and glow of our complexions, it really depends on some of the products we use daily.

Morning:

My morning routine is very simple! I starts my routine with a cleanser based on my skin's needs at the moment. For an everyday cleanser I use Aveeno’s Foaming Salicylic Acid Face Cleanser for sensitive skin. Which is a gentle formula to help clear up blemishes and bring balance back to dry, sensitive skin. It’s also made with acne-fighting salicylic acid to treat and prevent breakouts without over drying. Moisture-rich soy helps even skin tone and texture. It’s also hypoallergenic and non-comedogenic. If I am recovering from a peel or feeling dry, I'll switch to Pretty Skin Perfect 10 Oil Cleaner, that is formulated with 10 naturally derived oils that work together to deeply cleanse and maintain moisture. It gently removes dirt, impurities, oil, sunscreen & stubborn makeup.

Next, I’ll spritz the Evian Facial Spray, that provides an ultra-fine micro-droplet mist of pure Evian water that hydrates and refreshes skin. I use before moisturizer for an extra boost of hydration and use throughout the day to refresh and revive my makeup. SPF is the final step in my skin-care routine. "I personally love the EltaMD UV Clear Tinted SPF 46.

Night:

To wash off a day's worth of makeup, sweat, and dirt, I will switch to my Pretty Skin Perfect 10 Oil Cleaner as the first cleansing step. "It contains a nourishing blend of oils that soothe and gently remove any makeup and excess sebum from the face, the perfect first step to any double cleanse. After rinsing, I'll complete my double cleanse with a gentle cleanser.

Once my cleansing routine is over, I'll uses a retinol serum as the final step of my night regimen. Retinol improves the appearance of pore size, discoloration, and fine lines.

Extras:

Yes, the skin on your face needs attention, but one of my essential skin-care tips is to make sure you're applying the exact regimen you use on your face to the neck and décolletage areas as well. If my skin needs some "extra TLC," I will also incorporate the following products into my daily skin-care routine on an as needed bases.
