A creative services retainer is a monthly fee paid up-front. The details and scope of work to be executed are clearly outlined within our agreement. This means you pay a monthly fee for a predetermined number of hours or a flat rate for our team to deliver a set amount of work each month. With an agreement for creative services, you’re basically “pre-ordering” the our time. Since the agreement’s purpose is to “retain” the creative professional, a monthly fee is paid up front before any work is ordered. Our team anticipates work coming from the client, and blocks out the appropriate amount of time to accommodate said work.

That’s a question we hear on a daily basis when talking to someone about a new website project. Sometimes it can be the first question. And our answer? “It depends.” Being a custom web design agency, that’s an answer we often provide until we know more information about the project requirements. Remember brands aren't built overnight! Before we launch a date we will work to meticulously plan your site and create high-converting content. So, our timeline will depend on a few things; how far in advance you book, the scope of work, and how much new content needs to be created. On average, a custom website takes 60-90 days from start to launch. Although, we can meet almost any deadline depending on the circumstances. Most of the turnaround time will depend on how fast someone can return our calls/emails/texts. That’s the most surprising part when mentioning this to prospective customers. We’re going to need information and feedback throughout the project, and that’s going to come from the customer. There’s no way around it. And that takes time. Although we do our best to limit the amount of time spent by the customer, it will take time. To get the best results, we recommend booking your project at least 3-4 months before you want to launch your site.
