Nia is a Creative Director, Producer, Brand Strategist, and storyteller who brings together creativity, strategy and execution. Nia transforms ideas into impactful brands and memorable experiences. Through creativity, resilience, and strategic thinking, she turns challenges into opportunities and bold visions into reality. With more than a decade of experience in branding, marketing, business development, and creative production, her work spans grassroots initiatives to international campaigns, including projects supporting organizations in Sudan and across East Africa.
In 2015, Nia launched her own creative agency, growing it into a mission-driven business built on intentional storytelling, innovative campaigns, and purposeful creative solutions. Along the way, she built teams, collaborated with creatives, and mentored freelancers on the business side of creativity. As a certified Wix Partner, she has also collaborated with businesses and global companies, including Google and Stripe, creating digital experiences where storytelling, design, and functionality come together.
Nia leads creative direction, campaign development, strategic partnerships, and brand activations across sports, entertainment, and hospitality. In 2025, she expanded her portfolio into event production, managing a multi-city champagne tour across Los Angeles, Chicago, and New York, overseeing production logistics, partnerships, marketing, and audience engagement. She also works closely with artists and emerging talent, developing creative campaigns, strengthening their public presence, and positioning them for new opportunities.
A lifelong advocate for women’s sports, Nia believes in the power of visibility, representation, and creating opportunities for women both on and off the field. Her commitment to women’s empowerment extends beyond sports through mentorship, storytelling, and sharing her expertise in business growth. Guided by one belief: creativity opens doors, but strategy moves you forward.
