Nia is a creative strategist, entrepreneur and storyteller who has built her career around turning challenges into opportunities. Often embracing the role of the underdog, Nia has used creativity, resilience, and strategy as her advantage—helping brands, artists, and organizations bring their visions to life. With over a decade of experience in branding, marketing, business development, and creative production, she has worked on projects ranging from grassroots initiatives to international campaigns, including creative work supporting organizations and initiatives in Sudan, East Africa.

In 2015, Nia launched her own creative agency, growing it into a mission-driven business that combined branding, marketing, and design while building a team of creatives and mentoring freelancers on the business side of creativity. As a certified Wix Partner, she has collaborated with businesses and global companies, including Google, Stripe, and other organizations, creating strategic digital experiences that blend storytelling, design, and functionality.

Over the years, Nia has expanded her expertise into the worlds of sports, entertainment, hospitality, and culture.

In 2025, Nia expanded into experiential marketing and event production by managing a multi-city brand tour. She oversaw event activations, brand experiences, production coordination, audience engagement, and marketing strategy in key cities, including Chicago and New York. By bringing together sponsors, partners, and consumers through thoughtfully curated events, she helped transform the brand's vision into memorable experiences that strengthened relationships and elevated its presence.​​

​Nia also partners with hospitality brands as a social media and brand manager, helping restaurants build a stronger presence both online and in their communities.

Beyond brands and businesses, Nia works with music artists and creatives to develop their identity and expand their reach. Helping artists create a complete brand experience that extends beyond their craft and connects with their audience.

A lifelong supporter of women’s sports and emerging talent, Nia is passionate about using storytelling to highlight resilience, empowerment, and cultural impact. She has been recognized for her leadership in women’s empowerment, invited to speak on panels focused on branding and business growth, and continues to mentor creatives looking to turn their passion into sustainable careers.
