​​Nia is a Creative Director, Producer, Brand Strategist, and storyteller who brings together creativity, strategy and execution to turn ideas into impactful brands and experiences. She uses creativity, resilience, and strategy to turn challenges into opportunities and big ideas into something real. With more than a decade of experience in branding, marketing, business development, and creative production, her work spans grassroots initiatives to international campaigns, including projects supporting organizations in Sudan and East Africa.​​​​​ 

 

In 2015, Nia launched her own creative agency, growing it into a mission-driven business rooted in branding, marketing, design, and strategy. Along the way, she built teams, collaborated with creatives, and mentored freelancers on the business side of creativity. As a certified Wix Partner, she has also collaborated with businesses and global companies, including Google and Stripe, creating digital experiences where storytelling, design, and functionality come together.​​

Nia’s work has evolved across sports, entertainment, hospitality, culture, and experiential marketing. In 2025, she expanded into event production by managing a multi-city brand tour, overseeing activations, production, partnerships, audience engagement, and marketing strategy in cities including Chicago and New York. She also works with hospitality brands, artists, and creatives to strengthen their identities, expand their reach, and create experiences that connect with audiences.​​

 

A lifelong supporter of women’s sports and emerging talent, Nia uses storytelling to spotlight resilience, empowerment, and cultural impact. Recognized for her leadership in women’s empowerment and invited to speak on branding and business growth, she continues to mentor creatives and create opportunities for others. At the heart of her work is a simple belief: creativity can open doors, but strategy helps you walk through them.​
