By purchasing or subscribing to services from Nia E. Consulting/Nia E. Creative Marketing & Brand Design LLC you agree to the following terms.

Services & Relationship 

Nia E. Consulting/Nia E. Creative Marketing & Brand Design LLC provides professional consulting, advisory, and management services offered through monthly retainer subscription plans.

 

We act solely as an independent consultant. Our role is to advise, support, and manage within the agreed scope of work. All final decisions, execution, and outcomes remain the responsibility of the client.

Subscription Plans & Scope

Services are offered through multiple subscription tiers, each with a defined scope, service quantity, and access level. The details of each tier are outlined at the time of purchase or in a written agreement.

Once a subscription payment is processed:

• Subscription tiers cannot be changed or switched

• Service quantities cannot be increased or decreased

• Subscriptions cannot be paused or transferred

​

Any services requested outside the selected subscription tier require separate approval and may result in additional fees.

​

Billing & Payments (Stripe)

All payments are securely processed through Stripe. By completing checkout, you authorize automatic recurring monthly charges based on your selected subscription plan.

Subscriptions begin on the date the first invoice is paid and renew automatically each billing cycle unless canceled in accordance with these terms. You are responsible for maintaining valid and up-to-date payment information. Failed or declined payments may result in suspension of services.

No Refund Policy

All payments are non-refundable. No refunds or credits are provided for unused time, partial months, or unused services. This applies to all subscription tiers without exception.

Cancellations

Subscription cancellations must be submitted in writing at least 30 days prior to the next billing cycle. Cancellations submitted after this window will result in one final billing charge. Services will remain active through the end of the paid billing period.

Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide timely communication, accurate information, and necessary approvals to allow services to be delivered effectively. Delays caused by the client may impact timelines or deliverables without liability to Nia E. Consulting/Nia E. Creative Marketing & Brand Design LLC.

Privacy & Confidentiality

All client information is handled with care and confidentiality. We do not sell or share client data. Confidential information exchanged during the engagement will not be disclosed except as required by law or necessary to perform services.

Intellectual Property

Any pre-existing materials remain the property of their original owners. Work created as part of the subscription becomes the client’s property upon full payment. Nia E. Consulting/Nia E. Creative Marketing & Brand Design LLC reserves the right to reference completed work for portfolio or marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Limitation of Liability

Nia E. Consulting/Nia E. Creative Marketing & Brand Design LLC is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the client in the most recent billing cycle.

 

Changes to Terms

These Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
